On September 6, 2024, a delegation of Thai policewomen from the Royal Thai Police, led by Police Major General Punvipa Rohitopakara, along with officials from the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, paid a courtesy call on Consul-General Katanawadee Kalayanamit and officials. The visit was part of their participation in the 61st International Association of Women Police Training Conference (IAWP) in Chicago. During the meeting, both sides discussed the seminar's outcomes, women's experiences in police roles, and strategies to further enhance the capabilities of female police officers in Thailand.
