On March 22–23, 2026, Consul-General Bacharee Puengpak, together with consulate officials, visited Thai students at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, to foster connections and gather information regarding the students’ well-being and academic pursuits.

During the visits, representatives of Thai student communities at both universities took the delegation on campus tours and exchanged view on topics such as organizing student activities, strengthening collaboration with the Consulate-General, and expanding networks among Thai students across the Midwest.
