On December 12th, 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Chicago hosted a fiftieth-day Buddhist Chanting memorial ceremony with the Thai communities in Chicago and nearby areas to dedicate merit to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at Wat Buddha-Dhamma, Willowbrook, Illinois. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Varapol Chensavasdijai, Acting Consul-General and attended by officials together with members of Thai communities.
