On December 7th, 2025 Acting Consul-General Varapol Chensavasdijai, and spouse, Consul Urasee Thiratangsathira Jeong together with Director of Thai Trade Center, Chicago Office, and Director of Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Chicago Office attended the ceremony to commemorate the Birthday Anniversary of H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej, as well as Thailand's National Day and Father's Day. The significant ceremony was held at Wat Dhammaram in Chicago.

In the latter half of the ceremony, Acting Consul-General participated in the ceremony to commemorate Thai National Father's Day and oversaw the award ceremony. This segment honored 66 students from the Sunday School of Wat Dhammaram who had completed courses in Thai language, Thai classical music and Thai classical dance. The event also featured a segment where students had the opportunity to pay respect to their fathers. The ceremony was enriched and concluded with Thai classical music and dance performances by the students of the Sunday School.
