Visa for Non-Thai nationals who holds a Thailand Elite Card / Thailand Privilege Card

For Thailand Privilege Cardholders, please contact Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (Thailand Elite) directly to request authorization.  (Please kindly check https://thailandelite.com/ for more information regarding the Thailand Elite Program)

1) After the applicant contacted Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (Thailand Elite) and receive an official confirmation letter from Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd, (please see 1.5 below),  the applicant may mail the following original documents directly to the Embassy / Consulates-General to request the affix of a visa. 

1.1 Passport

1.2 Two passport-size photographs (2″x 2″) (if the applicant does not have a valid visa to enter Thailand)

1.3 Visa application form (Download) (if the applicant does not have a valid visa to enter Thailand)

1.4 A copy of flight confirmation/ reservation, showing going from the US to Thailand.

1.5 An official confirmation letter from Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., or the Ministry of Tourism and Sports or relevant government agencies. (Please note that the email confirmation does not suffice).

1.6 Medical insurance guaranteeing that the insurance company will cover a minimum of 10,000 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) of medical costs incurred by the applicant in Thailand, including medical costs in the event that the applicant contracts COVID-19 (The insurance must cover the whole duration of stay in Thailand)

1.7 Pre-paid envelope to your address. The Embassy will use this envelope to return your passport back (Normally, applicant use USPS priority express with the pre-paid label or put stamps on it). Please note the tracking number of your envelope as well
