On July 21st, 2023, Deputy Consul-General Natnapang Damrongsoontornchai, together with the delegation from the Consulate, met with Mr. Ed Phillips, Director-Manufacturing Operation, and representatives of the Thai Summit Kentucky Corporation, Bardstown, Kentucky.
On this occasion, Mr. Phillips gave a briefing on the company’s business and assembly operation in the United States and North America. The Thai Summit America Corporation consists of two plants, in Bardstown, Kentucky, and Howell, Michigan.
After the visit of the Thai Summit Kentucky Corporation, Deputy Consul-General and Mr. Ed Phillips including the Consulate’s staff paid a courtesy call on Mr. Richard D. Heaton, the Mayor of Bardstown City, Kentucky. And met with Ms. Kim Huston, the President of Nelson County Economic Development Agency at Bardstown Mayor’s Office, in order to networking and exchanged of views in enhancing economic cooperation between the two countries.
