On April 11th, 2024, Vice Consul Noppharut Baonongbau, along with staff members from the Royal Thai Consulate General, attended the Thai Music Ensemble concert. This event was co-performed by students from Northern Illinois University and the Jazz Band from Silpakorn University, Thailand, to celebrate the Songkran Festival and Thai New Year 2024.
