On October 16th, 2023, Deputy Consul-General Natnapang Damrongsoontornchai met with Ms. Korawan Muangmode, the president of the Thai Cultural Council of Minnesota, and Mr. Dee Noree, the president of Wat Promwachirayan, at the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Chicago. The purpose of this meeting was to plan the 'Songkran Festival 2024,' scheduled to be held at the Minnesota State Capitol during May 18-19, 2024.
